A Little Information About Our Services
And Policies .....
TRAVEL: Hotel accommodations in
Anchorage should be confirmed prior to arrival. Because of major airline
schedules, a one night stay in Anchorage is recommended before departure
to Beartracks Lodge.
Our rates have
been lowered and our services have changed.
ACCOMMODATIONS

RATES
rates $350.00 a day per
person
$400.00 per person for roundtrip
air from Anchorage to lodge.
4 Day minimum, no maximum.
Camp duties (dishwashing,
cooking, fish cleaning)
to be shared by guests
I supply a freezer for fish,
airline approved wax fish boxes and vacuum packer. A small fee will be charged for any
vacuum pack bags that you use.
*I will make sure upon your arrival
to have any ALCOHOLIC beverages in which you have requested
available for you.
*All alcoholic
beverages must be paid for upon
arrival.
The following are
items available for meals:
BREAKFAST:
Eggs, bacon, toast
Pancakes, link sausage
Waffles, patty sausage
French toast, bacon
Chili egg puff
Sausage soufflé
Oatmeal, Cold cereal
Biscuits & gravy
Fresh fruit
LUNCH:
Sandwiches on a variety of Oroweat breads, served with
fresh lettuce, tomato, and choice of condiments
Meat choices:
Ham, turkey, pastrami, roast beef, salami
Cheese choices:
Colby, Colby jack, provolone, American, Swiss
We also have Pringle potato chips, candy bars & fresh
baked cookies.
We also supply, soda pop, fruit juices & water.
A 50% deposit
is required to confirm reservations.
Balance is due 30 days prior to
arrival date.
Deposits are non-refundable, unless rebooked after
cancellation.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Beartracks Lodge will not be held responsible or
liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or personal property or
for any cancellation expense or delays incurred as a result of weather,
transportation, or acts of God.
We recommend you secure travel
insurance.
